Congratulations to Year 8 students, Tommie-Lee Hunter Pekepo from Waipawa Primary School and Jay van Heuckelum from Tikokino School, for winning the Central Hawke’s Bay College Scholarship for Music Tuition in 2023.  Tommie-Lee won the Vocal section singing ‘Mirror’ by Maddison Ryann Ward and Jay won the Instrumental section by playing ‘Romanza’ and ‘Under the Bridge’ on the guitar.  In 2023, Tommie-Lee and Jay will be able to select an instrument to study, paid for by Central Hawke’s Bay College.  We will follow your music career with interest.
