The Dannevirke High School Sports Fixture was held on Tuesday 4th August at Dannevirke. The day was fine and warm and the grounds dry.  The teams played in good spirits.

However this year we had to watch the Ronke Shield go to Dannevirke for the first time since 2007 when it was introduced.  The Tim Gunson Memorial Rugby Cup, and the Borlase, Mackay, Scrimshaw Cup for Junior Rugby, also stayed with Dannevirke.

Overall Central Hawke's Bay College had 6 wins to Dannevirkes 7.
